Every year Lush Cosmetics brings out different bath bombs for different occasions so you have Christmas products and you also get Valentine's Day products etc. Obviously there are a lot of different products that they bring out including soap and body wash but I mainly like to focus on the bath bombs! This Valentine's Day Lush brought us two bath bombs - they released the forever favourite 'Unicorn Horn' and new bath bomb 'Lover Lamp'.

Unicorn Horn is easily the best bubble bar that Lush has ever created. I know that's a pretty big comment to make but personally I think it's true. I'm obsessed with anything to do with lavender and citrus and this bath product is a mixture of the two. It smells so incredibly fresh and floral without being too overpowering and it leaves you feeling so refreshed and relaxed.

If you just snap a bit of this product off (you can use the whole thing if you want a really bubbly bath) and crumble it under warm water it creates the most amazing bubbles. I wish that Lush would have this bath bomb all year round. It's like the bubble bar version of Snow Fairy - everyone wants it to stay forever and then they take it away leaving us wanting more! The bath bomb costs £4.25 each and you can get around 3 uses out of this product so it is worth the money.

The newest recruit to the Valentines Day bath bomb team is 'Lover Lamp'. This bath bomb has a very sweet vanilla scent so if you aren't fond of those kind of scents this bath bomb is definitely not for you! I found it very overpowering.

I was really nicely surprised with this bath bomb as when you pop it in the bath the large red hearts dispersed and are actually bath melts which is a really lovely concept. A load of little mini red hearts appeared also and it was really lovely watching it all. The larger red hearts took a bit of breaking up to actually melt completely but it's always good knowing that your bath bomb is helping your skin.

The only negative thing I would say about this bath bomb was it was very perfumed and I don't think that the red hearts liked my skin very much as I was extremely itchy and got a slight rash so if you have sensitive skin I would not recommend it. Saying that if your skin likes you I 100% recommend this and it's it a perfectly romantic bath bomb for £3.95 and great for sharing a bath so Lush has got it right for another year running!
